Elisa Robson a wife, mother of three and a vice president for a large food service company, lost her sister to breast cancer. She has been diligent about getting her annual mammogram. Elisa’s mammogram looked normal but with a strong family history, her physician insisted she have an MRI. The MRI identified an abnormality which turned out to be breast cancer.
Determined to stay upbeat and forward thinking, Elisa didn’t worry about what others thought. After learning about her diagnosis, she adopted a healthier lifestyle, embracing a wellness program which resulted in her losing 65 pounds. She was vocal about her cancer story as a way to help others who are going through the same experience. “My perspective has changed.
