RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced Geriatrician physician to join our team at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center as the Geriatrics Division Director. The opportunity is located at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, minutes from New York City.
More about this Opportunity:
- As a physician leader in NBI, the Division Director participates in interdepartmental committees, performance improvement, and community initiatives that support the Division's mission and Newark Beth Israel Medical Center patients, departments, and programs.
- In the Ambulatory clinical setting, the Division Director is the physician lead and collaborates with Ambulatory Care Leadership on day-to-day operations, patient experience, patient safety, and quality matters. The Director is also part of the core-teaching faculty of the Department of Medicine in the ambulatory setting.
Candidate Requirements:
- Board-certified in Internal Medicine
- NJ Licensed or eligible for NJ License
- Extensive geriatrician experience
- Leadership experience
