Community Health Needs Assessment

Trinitas Regional Medical Center

RWJBarnabas Health, a comprehensive health system, undertook a rigorous review of its communities’ health needs in partnership with other hospitals, other health providers, public health experts and community stakeholders. The hospitals engaged with the local communities in a robust review of data and community voices to understand significant health needs. The results of the Community Health Needs Assessment identified areas of prioritized need in which our hospitals have developed action plans to address these priorities. Trinitas Regional Medical Center undertook their Community Health Needs Assessment jointly with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway. The joint hospital report provides a comprehensive review of health data and summary of the assessment process.
