West Orange, NJ July 9, 2026 — Bristol Myers Squibb Children's Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (BMSCH)and Children's Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, (CHoNJ) both part of the Children’s Health network at RWJBarnabas Health have been recognized among Newsweek's Best Children's Hospitals for 2026. BMSCH was recognized in Pediatric Oncology, while CHoNJ was recognized in Pediatric Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery, Pediatric Endocrinology and Neonatology. The annual ranking is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

Newsweek's Best Children's Hospitals rankings recognize leading pediatric hospitals and specialty programs nationwide across eight areas of care, including cardiology and cardiac surgery, endocrinology, gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery, neonatology, neurology and neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics and pulmonology.
