Mar 30, 2022 CBMC Volunteers Awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award

Each year, the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation recognize the important role of volunteers in America by awarding the President's Volunteer Service Award. The award honors individuals whose service positively impacts communities and inspires those around them to take action. We are excited to announce nine volunteers from the Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center family have been awarded this prestigious honor! Congratulations to all our honorees.

Adult Lifetime Awards - Peter Candia, 10,313 hours; Sharon Tuder, 6,945 hours; Diane Gelman, 6,459 hours

College Awards - Francis Robles, 245 hours, silver award; Maham Bashir, 215 hours, silver award; Meera Krishnan, 153 hours, bronze award

High School Awards - Samantha Weiner, 237 hours, silver award; Olena Sen, 134 hours, bronze award; Mahibah Ahmed, 100 hours, bronze award
