Our online pre-registration service allows Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital’s pre-registration team to enter your personal and insurance information into our hospital system in advance of your visit, saving you valuable time during the day of your test or surgical procedure.

Call 1-844-RWJ4YOU (1-844-795-4968), Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.. A member of our pre-registration team will confidentially take your personal and insurance information over the phone.

Why pre-register?

By entering this information online or calling in advance of your visit or pre-admission testing appointment, you allow us the opportunity to pre-authorize your visit with your insurance carrier to prevent authorization penalties.
