Neurology
RWJBarnabas Health’s neurology program evaluates children with a wide range of developmental and neurologic conditions including:
- Developmental delays, including language, fine, or gross motor challenges
- Developmental disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability
- Learning disabilities
- Externalizing disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
- Tics and Tourette syndrome
- Cerebral palsy
- Headaches and migraines
RWJBarnabas Health’s pediatric neurologists are medical doctors who have completed four years of medical school, two years of residency training in Pediatrics, and a three year fellowship in Pediatric Neurology. Pediatric neurologists are board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with special qualifications in Child Neurology.
