Thyroid, Head and Neck Cancer Institute

Each year, over 100,000 people are diagnosed with cancers of the head and neck each year. These cancers can affect the nasal passages, sinuses, mouth, throat, larynx (voice box), swallowing passages, salivary glands and thyroid gland.

The Thyroid, Head and Neck Cancer Institute at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and our multidisciplinary team, composed of specialists from Otolaryngology, Surgical Oncology, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Genetics, Endocrinology, Psychosocial Services and Speech Pathology, provide comprehensive services for the community.
