Moira Davis, BSN, RN, OCN, ONN-CG, serves patients at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. She is an expert in oncology and provides you with personalized assistance.
Your Oncology Nurse Navigator will help you:
- Understand your diagnosis and available treatment options including clinical trials
- Understand what resources and services are available and how to access them
- Ensure a seamless coordination of care between all members of your health care team, even if they are at different locations across the system
- Understand your medications
- Provide educational materials
- Improve communications between you and your health care team including physicians, genetic counselors, nutritionists, social workers and others
- Connect with available oncology support services as well as community resources
