      Course Materials

      Once payment is received, the course textbook and pretest will be mailed to the address provided. All course materials must be brought on both days of training.


      All course fees must be submitted by mail via check or credit card. Be sure to inform us of any special needs (impairments, dietary restrictions, etc.) when submitting payment so that we can accommodate your needs.

      Cancellation/Refund Policy

      We understand there may be times when a course registrant cannot attend the course. A refund for the course, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be granted if notice is received 2 weeks before the start of the course.

      Refunds cannot be given for "no shows" or cancellations received once the program has started.
