Accreditation

This course is approved for 14.5 credits.

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by New Jersey State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission of Accreditation.

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset is accredited by the Medical Society of New Jersey to provide CME for physicians.

AMA PRA Credit Designation

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset designates this live activity for a maximum of 14.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Continuing Education Verification

In order to obtain credit for the FCCS course, all participants are required to:

  • Sign in at the Registration Desk on each day
  • Attend all lectures and skill stations on each day
  • Complete and submit the Activity Evaluation Form

A letter certifying attendance and credit verification will be mailed to all participants within 4–6 weeks of the course completion.

Disclosure

All individuals who affect the content of continuing education activities are required to disclose to the audience any real or apparent conflict of interest related to the activity. The activity faculty is further required to disclose discussion of off-label/investigational uses in their presentations. These disclosures will be made to the audience at the time of the activity.
