Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics since 2009, Dr. Rosenblatt is a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. He attended the Rutgers University--New Jersey Medical School in Newark and was a resident and chief pediatric resident at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and later served as residency program director. He has overseen medical education at NBIMC since 1997.

Dr. Rosenblatt is an academic general pediatrician with fellowship training in primary care faculty development at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He recently received a Master’s Degree in Population Health from Thomas Jefferson University and has a deep interest in decreasing health disparity and improving health outcomes for children.


Timothy S. Yeh, MD, FAAP, FCCM

Dr. Yeh, Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at Saint Barnabas Medical Center joined Saint Barnabas Health Care System in 2001 after more than 14 years at the Children’s Hospital of Oakland in Oakland, California. There he served as Director of Critical Care and Co-Director of the Children's Hospital Oakland/University of California, San Francisco Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship Program and Clinical Professor of Pediatrics for the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. His current faculty appointment is Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the New Jersey Medical School, Rutgers in Newark and Professor of Pediatrics, St. Georges School of Medicine, Grenada.

Dr. Yeh has authored numerous abstracts, articles and book chapters in the area of pediatric critical care. He is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Critical Care Medicine and a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine. He has served as the Chancellor of the American College of Critical Care Medicine. He continues to serve on and chair national committees within these organizations as well as the Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Sub-board of the American Board of Pediatrics.
