Join us in the food court of the Bridgewater Commons Mall on Saturday, July 27^th at 9:00 AM for the next RWJ HealthPro Hike. Jordan Pearlman, from RWJ Somerset Community Health, will discuss acute versus chronic stress, its impact on the body, and healthy coping strategies. A 45-minute group walk around the 2^nd and 3^rd levels of the Mall will follow.
