NARCAN: Preventing Opioid Overdose Save Lives
This course is an academic presentation on opioid abuse and overdose, demonstration of naloxone administration, and rescue breathing. Participants will learn how to identify factors that led to the opioid epidemic, recognize overdose symptoms and implement life-saving strategies during an overdose. All participants will receive Narcan kits.
