Living Well with Parkinson’s Disease Parkinson’s Disease Support Group and Workshop

Living with Parkinson’s Disease can be challenging, however participating in social and recreational activities can improve your overall wellness. Joining a peer support group can help you learn to cope with stresses, build lasting relationships, and gain a sense of empowerment and control.

This monthly meeting provides an opportunity to talk openly and honestly, assist in finding resources and answers to important questions, and allows one to be a significant participant of a meaningful group. Essential information regarding symptoms, treatments, and medication management will be discussed. Sessions will also offer opportunities to share your experiences and help others throughout this journey in a safe and caring environment.
