Healthy Kids Day at the Ocean County YMCA - Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus
Free and open to the community. Healthy Kids Day is a large, national initiative, bringing children and families together and providing the education, activities and experiences that teach good health and foster connections through fitness, sports, fun and healthy habits. As a result, youth and families achieve greater health and well-being for their sprit, mind and body.
Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus and Safe Kids Ocean County will be on site to provide a complimentary children’s yoga session for those who are ages 3 and above, summer sports safety education, games and prizes.
The event will take place at the Ocean County YMCA, 1088 W. Whitty Road, Toms River.
