Colorectal Cancer Awareness Symposium

Community Medical Center Auditoriums

Paul J. DeMartino, MD, FACG, Board certified gastroenterologist, will discuss myths about colorectal cancer and its prevention and treatment. Steven J. Lowry, MD, a Board certified surgeon who specializes in colorectal surgery, will share information about surgical options available for those who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer. Registered dietitian Veronica Gajda, RD, CSO, Board certified in oncology nutrition, will review how your food choices affect your risk for colorectal cancer and how simple changes in your diet can improve your health.
