Qigong for Health, Longevity, Weight Loss, & Stress Reduction

Qigong for health is excellent for seniors or the physically challenged. It can be done anywhere - lying, sitting or standing. No equipment is needed. Very little flexibility or coordination are required, making it easier to learn than Yoga, Pilates, or Tai Chi.

Qigong (Chi Kung) is a Chinese medical therapy thousands of years old. It consists of mental as well as physical maneuvering which simultaneously adjust body posture, breathing, and the mind. Qigong for health is not strenuous and can even be performed by handicapped people. Qigong is practiced by millions of people worldwide and now you can be one of them right near home.

Taught by Dr. Martin Eisen on Thursdays January 8, 2015 to February 26, 2015 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Center for Healthy Living in Lakewood. Dr. Eisen is charging $40 for 8 weeks paid at the first class.
