Getting the Most Out of Carbs

Carbohydrate counting, or "carb counting" is a meal planning technique for managing your blook glucose levels. Most popular comfort foods seem to contain lots of carbohydrates and fat. How do you include them in a diabetes meal plan? This program will provide helpful tips on getting the most from your carbs and teach you to make your carbohydrate servings count.
