Concussion Screenings For Young Athletes 12 years old and up
Open to the first 80 athletes
To register and schedule an appointment time, please email teamlink@rwjbh.org with the subject "Morahan Screening 08/22," and please include the names of your registrants and your contact information in the message.

Those interested will be emailed back with a form to fill out regarding appointment availability. Appointments will range from every 15 minutes to every half hour dependent on the screening of interest.
