Cardiac and Concussion Screenings for Young Athletes - Capelli Sports at Cedar Stars/Tinton Falls
Sports are making a COMEBACK!
The Matthew J. Morahan III Health Assessment Center for Athletes will provide free cardiac screening to those 6 to 18 and concussion baseline screenings for those 5 to 18.
An appointment is required in advance. Please use this website to register and a member of our team will be in touch via email to confirm appointment availability and time.
For your safety this program requires:
- Masks to be worn by all participants
- Only one parent per family to attend to limit visitors
- Social distancing
Screenings are recommended to be repeated every 2 years

The Matthew J. Morahan III Health Assessment Center for Athletes provides education, assessment and evaluation of sports injury and sports-related cardiac and concussion screening. Offering one of the most comprehensive pre-season screening and concussion management centers in New Jersey, the center partners with over 30 primary, secondary and NCAA partnerships across the state of New Jersey and has provided nearly 40,000 screenings to youth sports athletes since 2010.
