Advance Care Planning Workshop - Clara Maass Medical Center
For National Healthcare Decisions Day, we will offer education on the importance of advance care planning. Information such as medication management, physician services and hospital choice will be available. The “Five Wishes” Living Will, which discusses personal emotional and spiritual and medical needs will be distributed and reviewed.
