Meet LGBTQ+ leaders serving the LGBTQ+ community in this panel discussion facilitated by Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset’s Babs Siperstein PROUD Center and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital’s PROUD Gender Center. Panelists will discuss their personal experiences navigating their own identities, share important resources and engage in a discussion around what it means to “be out and proud” in the work force as LGBTQ+ community members.
