In this workshop you will learn key elements of Positive Psychology which include Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment. You will learn about the physical and mental health benefits of increasing optimism in your life as well as discuss ways in which you can refocus on your strengths and increase your gratitude each day.
