Stroke Survivors and Caregivers - Monmouth Medical Center
The stroke support group welcomes and encourages patients, families and people in the community who have been affected by a stroke to participate. Join us for support, education, guest speakers, socialization and refreshments.
Group meets on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.
The group meets in the Cafeteria at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, 2 Centre Plaza, Tinton Falls.
