Eating Smart-Being Active

Join our new virtual 4-week NJSNAP-Ed* course with presenter Gabriela Rocha.  

Wednesdays, Jan 13, 20, 27 and Feb 3, 12pm-1pm.

The four-week program includes the following lessons:

Jan 13 - Lesson 1: Get Moving! Physical activity is part of a healthy lifestyle.

Jan 20 - Lesson 2: Plan, Shop, Save  How to stretch your food dollars.

Jan 27 - Lesson 3: Fruits and Veggies: Half Your Plate How to increase the amount and variety of fruits and vegetables you eat.

Feb  3 -  Lesson 4: Make a Change How to choose foods low in fat, sugar, and salt.
