Childbirth Preparation Class-Monmouth Medical Center
Childbirth Preparation class: This program will focus on what to expect during labor and delivery; anesthesia choices; relaxation and breathing techniques; immediate postpartum period. A booklet with an access code will be mail to you. A 3 hour zoom meeting will take place for Q&A session and to practice breathing techniques with a Certified Childbirth instructor.
