Shore Area Stroke Survivors Support Group at Monmouth Medical Center
Free. Group meets on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 2 to 4 pm. Support and education for stroke patients, their families, caregivers and friends. Monthly speakers on stroke-related topics. Group meets in the Cafeteria at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, 2 Centre Plaza, Tinton Falls.
