Presented by Carol Palmer, BA, Program Instructor, Monmouth Medical Center. Many people feel moody, anxious and lethargic when it’s cold and dark outside. These symptoms may signal seasonal affective disorder (SAD), a type of depression that is triggered by the seasons. Learn more about this disorder as well as self-help measures that may help to boost your mood and outlook. The event is hosted by the Keyport Senior Center (Age 60 and over welcome), 110 Second Ave., Keyport.
