Come and meet with a Certified Application Counselor that will help you enroll in an affordable health insurance plan that is right for you. Whether you are renewing or enrolling for the first time, we have trained professionals to help you. All are welcome!
All applicants must bring:
- Bring proof of residency (drivers’ license or green card)
- Social Security Card
- Proof of monthly household income (pay stubs, unemployment stubs, W-2)
- Current health coverage information.
