Eat Your Heart Out with Dressing on the Side: An Evening Celebrating Cardiac Wellness

During this special evening to celebrate heart health, discover risk factors for heart disease such as high cholesterol and blood pressure, causes, the different signs and symptoms that women experience with heart attacks, diagnosis, treatments and types of healthy behavior modifications such as smoking cessation, exercise and diet. Then during a keynote presentation, learn about the importance of a healthy diet in the prevention of heart disease and how you can take action to a healthier heart, happier mindset, and greater confidence preparing meals at home and ordering when dining out from Jaclyn London, head of nutrition and wellness at Weight Watchers and former nutrition director at Good Housekeeping magazine. Participants will receive a copy of her book, “Dressing on the Side: 11 Science-based Ways to Eat More, Stress Less and Feel Great about Your Body.” A book signing will follow.
