    Dr. Jason Krystofiak was born and raised in NJ. He graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine where he graduated with honors. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS) in New Brunswick, NJ. During residency, he served as Chief Resident and received the Gold Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award. He is also fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine at the same institution. He joined RWJBarnabas Health in 2018 as a primary care sports medicine physician. Dr. Krystofiak currently serves as a team physician for Rutgers athletics and is the Medical Director for Sky Blue FC. His professional interests are electrocardiogram screening in athletes, injuries relating to sports and exercise, osteoarthritis, corticosteroid injections, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. He is also a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at RWJMS. Dr. Krystofiak is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine.
