    Dr. Fred J. Vecchione specializes in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is conveniently located in the Quakerbridge Professional Center at 1 Nami Lane in Hamilton, New Jersey. Dr. Vecchione has been in practice in Mercer County since 1988. Upon graduation from New York University School of Dentistry in 1978, he served in the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps as a General Dentist until 1981. He then completed his Residency Training in Anesthesiology and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Jackson Memorial Medical Center in Miami, Florida between 1981 and 1985. Dr. Vecchione is Certified by The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and is a Fellow of The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

    As a Specialist in Surgery of the Mouth and Jaws, Dr. Vecchione performs the following procedures routinely:
    • Surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth
    • All dental extractions
    • Dental implants to replace missing teeth - with bone grafting when necessary
    • 3D Imaging/CT Scans
    • Surgical removal of cysts and tumors of the jaws and oral cavity
    • Biopsies and indicated follow-up treatment
    • Surgical root canal therapy (Apicoectomy)
    • Management of dental infections
    • Surgical exposure of impacted teeth and extractions for orthodontics
    • General anesthesia/ Intravenous sedation
    • Inhalation sedation (Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen)
