Meet Our Lung Cancer Specialists

Dr. Michael D'Angelo and Dr. Joseph Triolo are radiologists who coordinate the lung screening program. Any patient who has a scan which looks suspicious for cancer will be presented at the lung cancer program tumor board where a team of specialists look at the images together and recommend what to do next.

Despite many advances in radiation, chemotherapy, and treatment for lung cancer in the last three decades, the only real hope is to find cancer early. Lung cancer screening is promising in this area and better than chest x-rays. I am quite happy that we are able to offer this program through Community Medical Center and the Lung Cancer Program.
