Welcome to the Community Medical Center Medical Staff. As a new member of the Medical Staff you are required to complete a formal orientation. To get started, please review the online orientation packet by clicking on the link below and reading the documents prior to coming to your scheduled Credentials Committee Meeting. When reviewed, please complete the Attestation below and bring a copy of the confirmation along with any question you may have to the Credentials Committee Meeting.
