RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Hospitalist to join our team at Community Medical Center in Toms River NJ!

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking BC/BE Academic and Clinical Hospitalists for full-time employment at Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey.

This is a great opportunity for eager physicians to join a well-established, multidisciplinary team alongside a strong support staff including advanced practice providers with the goal of providing high-level care.

Ideal candidates will be excited to join a busy practice and support a team-based approach to care and clearly communicate with other Hospitalists, case managers, social workers, bed managers, and all others involved in the patients' care, discharge planning and patient/family communications.

The Hospitalist will work a 7-on / 7-off, 12-hour clinical shift model to ensure seamless and appropriate patient care transitions.  New physicians will be opened to opportunities to educate, supervise, and cover residents.

Candidate requirements:

• NJ licensed or eligible for licensure
• Must be American Board of Internal Medicine (preferred) or American Board of Family Medicine certified
• Ambitious and looking for growth opportunities
