RWJBarnabas Health Chief Nursing Officers Honored in “50+ Hospital and Health System CNOs to Know” List

West Orange, NJ – June 4, 2020 – RWJBarnabas Health is proud to announce that Chief Nursing Officers Lori Colineri, DNP, RN, NEA-BC and Nancy E. Holecek, MAS, MHA, BSN, RN have been named to the “50+ Hospital and Health System CNOs to Know” list released by Becker’s Hospital Review. Charged with joint leadership of the system’s nursing initiatives, Dr. Colineri and Ms. Holecek’s recognition stems from their work developing and executing on a strategic plan that has accelerated and transformed nursing care at RWJBarnabas Health.

Dr. ColineriDr. Colineri serves as the Chief Nursing Officer of the Southern Region at RWJBarnabas Health. She oversees the system’s day-to-day operations, ensures patient-care standards and continuously develops and implements new initiatives in order to improve the system’s quality of nursing. Under Dr. Colineri’s leadership, RWJBarnabas Health has enhanced collaboration among all levels of nursing to develop and redefine shared governance, the nursing practice model and the nursing philosophy.

Ms. HolecekMs. Holecek serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for the Northern Region of RWJBarnabas Health. She leads the system’s patient experience efforts, building and strengthening a patient and family centered culture across all facilities. Under her direction, integration of patient care services has been achieved for all hospitals through the creation and implementation of system-wide initiatives which standardize nursing clinical practice and policy.
