Gluten free banana muffin2 cups of certified gluten free oats

2 bananas very ripe

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons brown sugar

2 eggs

1 ½ tsp baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, prepare and spray a 12 cup muffin pan. Put everything into a food processor or high powered blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until oats are processed. Pour into prepared muffin pan. Bake 15-18 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.

Complete this breakfast by adding some fruit and nuts.
