Gluten free banana bread1 ¾ cup gluten free flour (cup for cup)

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

2-3 ripe bananas

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a medium bowl mash bananas, add applesauce and eggs. Stir wet ingredients into dry just to combine. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 38-45 minutes.
