½ cup frozen or fresh Blueberries

1 cup cooked quinoa

½ cup low fat milk or almond milk

1 tablespoon chia Seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Makes 2 servings.

Place blueberries in the bottom of the container, then add remaining ingredients. Stir gently and store in the refrigerator overnight. Eat warm or cold.
