Recipe: Peanut Protein Ball

4 California dates, pitted and chopped

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats, ground, certified gluten free

½ cup chopped peanuts.

2/3 cup peanut butter

¼ cup flax seeds

1 tablespoon Maple syrup

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Makes 16 bars

Mix all ingredients together and place into refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Remove and form into 1” balls. Store in airtight container in the freezer.

Makes 22-24 protein balls
