Jan 2, 2019 Sejal Dave Sharma Appointed to Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board

Sejal Dave Sharma, of Piscataway, director of business development for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, has been appointed to serve on the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. The board ensures that workforce training and education are responsive to and meet the needs of employers.

In her role at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, Sharma focuses on strengthening the hospital’s relationships with the business community, managing the hospital’s new Chinese and Indian Medical Programs and growing the hospital’s telehealth program. She previously worked as operations manager for Executive Health, Liver Center and Bloodless Medicine & Surgery programs at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

Sejal is a graduate of Rutgers University with two bachelor’s degrees in public health and women’s and gender studies. She also holds a master’s degree in public health from Rutgers University.

For the past four years, she has chaired the Somerset County Business Partnership’s Health and Wellness Expo and serves as a member of the Healthier Somerset Coalition Advisory Board. In 2017, she was honored as BW Nice Somerset County Chapter’s Businesswoman of the Year.
