Feb 22, 2019 Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus Receives Grant from The Provident Bank Foundation to Extend Services to Senior Population

Lakewood, NJ - Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus received a $5,000 Community Grant from The Provident Bank Foundation for the Better Health program.

The Life is Better Health grant from The Provident Bank Foundation will support MMCSC’s free membership program for adults 55 and older, designed with exclusive benefits for seniors including social events, educational seminars, preventative screenings. This program provides unique access to socialization, nutrition, health education and physical activity that is aimed to keeping seniors healthy.

The Provident Bank Foundation was established in 2003 by Provident Bank to enhance the quality of life in the region through support of not-for-profit groups, institutions, schools and other 501(c)(3) organizations that provide services in communities served by the Bank. Since inception, the Foundation has granted more than $24 million to not-for-profit organizations and institutions working toward stronger communities.
