Oct 16, 2018 Counselors to be Available at Clara Maass Medical Center to assist the public throughout the Open Enrollment Period

Belleville, NJ – Open Enrollment to purchase 2019 health plans under the Affordable Care Act begins November 1, 2018 through December 15, 2018. Plan coverage starts on January 1, 2019.

Throughout the Open Enrollment Period, Clara Maass Medical Center, a facility of RWJBarnabas Health, will have Certified Application Counselors available to assist the community with enrollment into an affordable health insurance plan.

Certified Application Counselors will be available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in The Learning Center at Clara Maass Medical Center at One Clara Maass Drive in Belleville on the following dates:

November 6, 13, 20 and December 4 and 11

All applicants are required to bring:

  • Proof of residency such as a state issued drivers’ license or green card
  • Social security card
  • Proof of monthly household income, i.e., pay stubs or unemployment stubs, or W-2, and
  • Current health insurance information

Certified Application Counselors will be available to those who are either renewing their health insurance or enrolling for the very first time.
