Radiation therapy is sometimes used on its own to destroy tumors and keep them from reoccurring-- but often it is used in conjunction with other cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy and surgery. Radiation therapy also produces side effects, and our team is ready to assist patients to minimize and alleviate those symptoms.
