Put Myths to Sleep Around Sleep Aids - RWJUH Somerset

According to the Sleep Foundation, more than one-third of adults sleep less than seven hours per night, on average.

Learn the recommended number of sleep hours per evening, habits to ensure a good night’s rest, which sleeps aids (i.e. mattress/pillow, soothing sounds or sleeping inducing supplements) work better than others, causes of interrupted rest, disorders, diagnosis and treatments.

Participants may obtain a sleep risk assessment.
