Clara Maass Medical Center, Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, Monmouth Medical Center and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton have all been designated as “MBSAQIP Accredited Centers." This accreditation program is now known as MBSAQIP (Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program).

This accreditation acknowledges the commitment of our New Jersey Bariatric & Metabolic Institute (NJBMI) to providing quality care for our bariatric patients. As an accredited program, we have demonstrated that we have met standards of the MBS AQIP by providing high quality and patient-centered care.
